Production Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Responsibilities:

1.       Oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment in the molding and assembly departments.

2.       Order supplies and maintain record of supplies ordered/received

3.       Monitor the installation of new equipment and building maintenance by outside contractors (including heating, lighting, and ground)

4.       Perform special projects such as building maintenance, equipment modification and electrical per Manufacturing Manager

5.       Perform other tasks as requested by the Manufacturing Manager

6.       Provide scheduling of other maintenance personnel

 

Education & Experience:

1.       High school diploma is required  

2.      5-8 years’ maintenance background in hydraulics and pneumatics, electronics, PLC diagnostics and robotics knowledge

 

Non-Essential Responsibilities:

1.       Execute other tasks as directed by management.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1.       Proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel.

2.       Working knowledge of computers, robots, and preventative maintenance.

3.       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
