Local Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient's condition, document patient's progress, and modify care plans as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required depending on the position
