Responsible for routine care, delivery, cleaning,  and maintenance of medical equipment.

• Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum Experience: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred or past hospital experience.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining equipment records, maintaining logs, tank rounds, manage appropriate par levels in all areas.

• Responsible for departmental equipment supplies and inventory. Properly inventories and keeps stock in designated areas. Inventories tanks and replenishes as needed. Performs minor equipment repairs as indicated. Knowledge of work order procedure and submitting purchase orders.

• Responsible for support to patient care. Able to deploy emergency equipment to staff when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Responsible for effective communication to promote quality patient care.
