Job Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to filing computer work delivering/picking up and distributing campus mail, photocopying, making campus runs, greeting students, and answering the telephone. Dependable work, attendance and professionalism is a must. Applicants must also have strong, organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to prioritize work and work independently while taking initiative as appropriate. Be willing to be busy when at work and able to work well under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills are a must. Applicant must be familiar with word, Excel, and Outlook. This also feel comfortable learning new software programs with ease. This position will assist office staff with General clerical duties. • Provide general office assistance and support  
• Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information 
• Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information  
• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed  
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
