We are looking for highly motivated, collaborative engineers who love challenges and can help us win daily! </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on the FrontEnd, you are a highly skilled computer programmer who has mastered front end programming. You will be responsible for the design and development of the application front-end architecture and components and ensuring application stability, security and responsiveness.</p> <ul> <li>Develop UI components based on ReactJS according to specification defined for its visual design, interaction design and accessibility requirements.</li> <li>Ability to work with Client/Server Side Node JS</li> <li>Participate actively in the design and architecture discussions of the individual UI components as well as the library as a whole.</li> <li>Potentially participate in the development of tooling mechanisms required to build the component library as part of the continuous integration pipelines.</li> <li>Build high quality components with UX baked in. You’ll be involved through the whole process including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, release, and support.</li> <li>Focus on user experience designed towards web, mobile. </li> <li>Write unit test cases</li> <li>Keep up-to-date with high performance best practices, conduct performance tests regularly, and optimize web pages continuously and evangelize the adoption of developments of HTML, CSS, and JS</li> </ul><h3>Qualifications and Responsibilities:</h3><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science </li> <li>Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience necessary, including experience managing and growing teams</li> <li>Working as part of an international team writing and shipping high quality code frequently on a variety of exciting technologies (Typescript / React, Redux /, CSS, Cypress, Tailwind, GIT)</li> <li>Deploying the application through automated pipelines in CI/CD and monitoring it using Sentry and Google Analytics for business metrics</li> <li>Do whatever you can to help your team meet or exceed its goals and you will drive incremental improvements in both the way we work and the software we deliver</li> </ul><p> Skills:</p><ol> <li>You are proficent in Javascript/Typescript</li> <li>You have a good grasp about Functional Programming and Design Driven Development </li> <li>You have experience with at least one statically-typed language </li> <li>You have a deep understanding of how distributed applications are designed and built </li> <li>You know good technical design when you see it and ensure quality is embedded in the software development process </li> <li>You’re a good communicator, fun to work with and enjoy being part of a vocal, passionate team </li> <li>Knowledge of spoken and written English </li> </ol><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive compensation with an annual bonus potential</li> <li>Great company culture and work environment!</li> <li>Highly skilled teammates and lots of opportunities for growth and development</li> <li>Budget for professional development and Learning &amp; Development culture</li> <li>Lots of other competitive Benefits and Perks</li> </ul>
