In this role, you will support our team and clients by:
- Using and managing internal DNV administrative systems.
- Working with external systems like GISIS by IMO, Thetis by EMSA, and Union Registry systems, which are connected to IMO DCS, EU MRV, and ETS regulations.
- Digitalizing documents received from our customers, such as SEEMP part III, EEXI technical file, and transfer documents for CII calculations.
- Communicating effectively with international shipping companies to provide support and guidance in navigating through various systems.
- Working closely with and providing administrative support to our GHG Verification, Customer Support, and Governance teams.

To maximise your chances, you need:
- Bachelor's degree student or graduate in the administrative or similar field of study available for full-time work (40h per week).
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal). English is our official communication language.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented approaches to deliver accurate and fast solutions to our customers.
Nice to have:
Previous experience working with customers and/or working with databases.
