You will lead a multidisciplinary team of wellbeing experts, ensuring clinical excellence and strategic alignment across all programs and services.</span></p> <p>This role also brings thought leadership to the forefront through research and partnerships with industry experts, contributing to our credibility and strategic direction. As part of the Wellbeing Senior Management Team, you will help ensure our goals are met and our services remain best-in-class.</p> <p> </p><h2><b>Key Accountabilities:</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Manage a multidisciplinary team of wellbeing experts.</li> <li>Support the design and delivery of new programs and services.</li> <li>Have oversight of the wellbeing strategy for both corporates and individuals.</li> <li>Clinical governance for new content and services.</li> <li>Review Data and offer insight on Wellbeing and related health products.</li> <li>Consulting with Senior Leaders across our client companies (e.g. HR Directors, Managers).</li> <li>Consult with internal Senior Leaders to identify new opportunities to integrate Wellbeing, driving retention and attrition.</li> <li>Bringing thought leadership to our business through research and expert partner insight.</li> </ul> <p> </p><h2><b>Other Responsibilities</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>PDP/ objective setting and review for reporting lines.</li> <li>Public Speaking.</li> <li>Part of the Wellbeing Snr Management team, ensuring our strategic goals are being met, client programmes/ providers and credibility is managed.</li> </ul><h2><b>What you will need to be successful in the role</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Psychology Masters level or above.</li> <li>Experience in developing business strategy for board member level.</li> <li>Knowledge and proven track record for onboarding new wellbeing products.</li> <li>Strong demonstrable record in relationship management built up through relevant work experience. </li> <li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with a strong focus on delivering and exceeding client requirements and expectations.</li> <li>Ability to meet tight schedules and cost targets without compromising customer requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p><h2><b>Personal Qualities</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Relationship Management experience with a deep understanding of the importance of stakeholder management &amp; engagement. </li> <li>Strong ability to influence at all levels.</li> <li>Self-motivated &amp; energetic.</li> <li>Resilience and tenacity.</li> <li>Thirst for knowledge and desire to solve problems.</li> <li>Effective communicator and influencer.</li> <li>Open to change and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Works on own initiative, can manage the work of others as necessary and effectively collaborate.</li> </ul><h2><b>Key Competencies</b></h2> Drive for ResultsInnovation and ChangePlanning and OrganisingCommunication and InfluencingCommercial AwarenessBuilding and Maintaining Relationships<p><b>About us</b></p> <p> </p> <p><span>Irish Life is one of Ireland’s largest financial institutions with a presence a
