Senior Scrum Master – Sitecore CMS

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate all <strong>Scrum</strong> ceremonies to ensure efficient project delivery and team alignment.</li><li>Identify and remove organizational and technical impediments to maintain team velocity and focus.</li><li>Coach team members and stakeholders on <strong>Agile</strong> methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed development teams to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain transparency.</li><li>Implement structured reporting and follow-up practices within the software development lifecycle.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>You possess 10+ years of experience as a <strong>Scrum Master</strong> for software development teams following <strong>Agile</strong> principles.</li><li>You bring 5+ years of experience working with <strong>Jira</strong> and <strong>Confluence</strong>.</li><li>You have 2+ years of experience specifically within <strong>Sitecore CMS</strong> development environments.</li><li>You have 2+ years of experience working in the <strong>railway transport</strong> or logistics domain.</li><li>You've held a dedicated <strong>Scrum Master</strong> role without secondary responsibilities for at least the last 2 years.</li><li>You're experienced in mentoring and coaching team members within large organizations of over 200 people.</li><li>You have experience coordinating activities with geographically distributed or offshore development teams.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>English</strong>, <strong>Dutch</strong>, and <strong>French</strong> at a C1 level.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements through structured reporting.</li><li>Experience managing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.</li></ul>
