Project Manager

RGi is seeking a PMP certified project manager with experience overseeing and executing numerous engineering programs in support of our DoD and Intel customers. The Project Manager candidate will manage multiple, ongoing, interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of client business goals. Organize and manage resources, and plans all work required to complete a discrete project within defined scope, quality, time and cost parameters.  The Project Manager candidate will manage projects through the integrated project management life cycle - planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closeout activities. 
Objective of the Role: Project Managers play a pivotal role in planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling the life cycle of our projects. They interface and collaborate with our customers, contracts, finance, technical teams, and work across our organization to enable high levels of performance. 

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager is integral in the successful operation of our business. Project Managers have the responsibility for directly managing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources in pursuit of achieving successful delivery and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organization skills and soft skills in communication, collaboration, delegation, teamwork, problem solving, and adaptability

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Active Leadership and Management of Project Scope, Cost, Schedule, and Performance
• Proactive Staffing and Resourcing of Project
• Active Stakeholder Engagement and Communications
• Ensure Quality Performance and Deliverables

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Top Secret clearance. We will sponsor clearances. 
• PMP Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT related discipline 
• 8+ years of project management experience managing complex, agile software development and integration projects
• Proven experience managing programs within schedule, scope and cost in the IC and DoD
• Experience developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule
• Experience performing cost and schedule performance analysis, risk management and dependency impact analysis
• Experience growing and expanding programs
• Must be organized, flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be a self-starter able to work with limited guidance
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Skills We'd Like to See

• Scrum Master or SAFe certification
• Experienced with Microsoft Project, JIRA and Visio
• Experienced with managing cleared and remote teams
