Client Manager (Commercial Lines)

<p></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for assigned book of business.</li> <li>Process renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests.</li> <li>Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you.&nbsp;</li> <li>Issue certificates of insurance, when necessary.</li> <li>Create certificate guidelines form.</li> <li>Initiate renewal meetings and be responsible for renewal process.</li> <li>Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers.</li> <li>Provide producer and/or client executive with accurate renewal proposals.</li> <li>Check policy coverages, endorsements and audits for accuracy.</li> <li>Respond to or refer insureds' and underwriters' questions or requests.</li> <li>Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations and other appropriate transactions.</li> <li>Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts.</li> <li>Responsible for account rounding.</li> <li>Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required.</li> <li>Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for the Department and Bolton &amp; Company.</li> <li>Pursue a program for professional development, including attending educational classes in your specific field and those offered by Bolton in communication, leadership, corporate language and other classes as recommended by leaders</li> <li>Be an active, responsible team member, conducting yourself in a professional and respectful manner to all internal and external clients, carriers, and staff. &nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You Should Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of commercial P&amp;C experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Property &amp; Casualty Insurance License.</li> <li>CISR designation or other advanced designation.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes.</li> <li>Possesses time management and problem solving skills.</li> <li>Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business.</li> <li>Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients</li> </ul> <p>#LI-JS1</p> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Ange
