Our market area includes <b>Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East</b>. To expand our <b>Order Processing Team</b>, we are looking to hire <b>immediately</b> an <b>Customer Service Agent.</b></p><p></p><p>This is a hybrid role based in Romania, with remote flexibility and regular time in our new Bucharest office.</p><p>It’s a new and growing office, with new colleagues arriving each week, making it an exciting opportunity to help shape our ways of working and culture from the ground up.</p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p><b>Your responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Full End-to-End Process for European customers for Order Handling</b></p><p>Manages the direct day-to-day contact with our customers, delivers sales and customer support and ensures order fulfillment to increase customer satisfaction and build long term profitable relationships</p><ul><li><p>Receiving new orders from customers</p></li><li><p>Working for document creation (Order Acknowledgement, Purchase Order to supplier)</p></li><li><p>Sending order confirmation to customers, if necessary, also prepare, send and track Prepayments</p></li><li><p>Order tracking/expediting</p></li><li><p>Handling freight for customers</p><ul><li><p>negotiating <span>with freight forwarders</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p>Check and account of incoming NON-PO invoices</p></li><li><p>Collection of export/freight documents for VAT reporting</p></li><li><p>If customer data changes, she is responsible of the system change with Master Data Team</p></li><li><p>Preparation of Export and freight documentation for VAT reporting</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Service orders</b></p><ul><li><p>Create service orders.</p></li><li><p>Verify all conditions and coordinate with sales/field service for invoicing details.</p></li><li><p>Issue invoices to customers.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Support Unit Orders </b></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate handovers with sales.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with PM for technical assistance regarding drawings, GSNs, and serial numbers.</p></li><li><p>Creation of new part numbers – based on Serial Number</p></li></ul><p></p><p>FLSmidth is the leading supplier of engineering, equipment and service solutions to customers in the mining and cement industries – for more information please visit FLSmidth.com/careers</p>
