Evereve is seeking a versatile and highly skilled Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and precision — with a strong foundation in both digital and print design. You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, and print, ensuring brand consistency and production accuracy at every step.

Design & Development:

• Create engaging visual content that aligns with the brand’s identity for email campaigns,
  web banners, landing pages, social media, in-store signage, and print collateral
• Translate marketing goals into visually engaging content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts and campaign execution
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, and brand standards across all materials

Production and Execution:

• Prepare clean, accurate, and production-ready files for both print and digital platforms.
• Manage versioning and resizing of creative assets for different platforms.
• Work with vendors or internal teams to manage print production, installation specs, and timelines
• Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure efficient file management

Email & Digital Marketing Support:

• Design and build email campaigns that align with brand and promotional strategy
• Work within the email marketing platform Klaviyo to design and optimize.
• Ensure digital assets meet performance and responsive design standards.

Retail Environment Focus:

• Understand the flow and functionality of a retail space to enhance visual merchandising.
• Design with foot traffic, customer behavior, and point-of-sale visibility in mind.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design and production art ideally in retail or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator;] and After Effects a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma and Sketch (a plus).
• You have familiarity with responsive design principles and asset optimization.
• Experience designing marketing emails and working within email platforms. (Klayvio a plus)
• Strong understanding of both digital and print production processes.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in a retail, eCommerce, or agency setting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design tweaks.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com 
• Photo Retouching, photo editing, or video editing skills
