KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Success Services (CSS), Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Partner Success Executive is responsible for leading the relationship between CSS and Global / Regional SI Partners to develop and drive success of a Partner OGL program.
The role is focused on developing, nurturing, and managing the relationship among key Global / Regional Partners who will offer re-sell, implementation, and services for Oracle Guided Learning. The goal will be to establish a CoE within the partner organization that will be responsible for OGL sales and delivery of OGL including converting OGL Included customers to OGL Premium and including OGL on the BOM.
As the main point of contact for the Partner, the CSS OGL Partner Success Executive will be the conduit between pre-sales, the OGL channel manager, product development, delivery and the OGL customer success team. In addition, the CSS OGL Partner Success Executive will need to leverage existing relationships that the Oracle A&C team has establish and ensure that OGL is an important focus in driving partner success. Another focus of this role is to help to standardize go to market strategies within the partner community, coordinate enablement training, provide the partner with resources and assets to assist in their selling efforts and ensure that OGL is aligned to the Partners overall organizational change and managed services practices.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Global ownership, management, development, and measurement of a successful OGL Partner program that drives OGL revenue.
- Serve as an advocate within the Partner to evangelize the value of OGL and the opportunity for the Partner to support managed services on all Cloud implementations.
- Work closely with the OGL Delivery management to provide the Partners support with OGL managed services issues and opportunities.
- Co-ordinate OGL Foundational training and arrange OGL demos for key personnel at respective Partners.
- Monitoring and reporting of OGL digital training consumption.
- Reporting and presenting on OGL wins and successful implementations.
- Build a network of OGL experts / CoE within the partner organization as well as among other Oracle stakeholders:
- Identify and manage key roles / individuals within the partner organization to lead OGL efforts with their clients (roles, responsibilities)
- Build revenue targets and manage success
- Manage client success stories and repeatable sales approaches to replicate among partner community
- Manage partner enablement program
- Align with Oracle internal Partners (Alliance & Channels, Partner Success Managers, Oracle Partner Network and Product Development) sharing information on enablement success and gathering intelligence on partner strategy
Key Skills & Experience
The OGL Partner Success Executive should have experience with digital learning and Oracle Guided Learning solutions. Candidate needs to be proficient in positioning OGL and can articulate a comprehensive understanding of OGL benefits. Ideally the candidate will have relationship management skills and experience in working with system integrators. Ideally, s/he will be a creator, builder, analyzer, optimizer – someone who instinctively analyzes business strategy and is able to link learning goals to improve the Partners’ ability to deliver on its strategy.
More specifically the candidate should have the experience described below:
- Knowledge of OGL and DAP solutions, modern learning approaches and best practices. Able to identify opportunities for the Partner to improve cloud adoption / implementation success.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills. Able to easily build trust and rapport with internal and external executives.
- Hands on – not just a leader/talker but also wants to roll up her/his sleeves to get the job done.
