Part-Time Retail Pool Associate (Weekend Position)We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Associate to join our pool company team. This position is primarily a weekend role, requiring availability on both Saturdays and Sundays, with the possibility of one additional afternoon shift during the week.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional service
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general inquiries
• Perform chemical water testing and explain results to customers
• Recommend and sell pool chemicals based on water test results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment

Qualifications:

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a retail environment
• Willing and able to work both Saturday and Sunday consistently
• Ability to learn basic pool chemistry and product knowledge (training provided)

Schedule:

• Part-time
• Saturdays and Sundays required
• Possible one afternoon shift during the week
