About our Team
 

This team manages product development, project implementation, go-to-market, obtain requirements, evaluate, and determine the objectives. This team focusses on goals, and scope of multiple complex mission critical projects.
 

About the Role
 

You will define, plan, and deliver complex programs that require cross-functional collaboration. Additionally you will be entrusted with the management of inter-dependencies between a group of projects and/or related activities
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Planning, executing and supervising the assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the objectives, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Managing the scope, risks, changes, and incidents that may arise during the project life cycle.
    Coordinate and motivate the work team, assigning tasks, resolving conflicts, and evaluating performance.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in processes, methodologies, and proposed solutions.
  • Working with the Executive Sponsor and Business Owner of a Program, and other management to achieve the Program objectives
  • Working with business and technical team/s to drive out program strategy and approach. Organize, plan, and maintain program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities/projects.
    Work with business and technical organizations to assemble project teams. Lead Project and/or Program team in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined program.
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on Program status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to Program and strategic goals. Direct corrective action, as needed, to maintain the viability of the Program. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Deliver presentations of project status to effectively communicate throughout the project life cycle.


Requirements
 

  • Possess extensive Healthcare IT project management experience and working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows. Have significant and current project management work experience.
  • Have extensive experience managing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) as well as experience solely managing budgets ($3M+)
  • Possess extensive project management skills. Previous demonstrated experience leading Business/technical projects, building project plans, and leading project meetings.
    Have current project delivery skills — accurate project planning, delivering to milestone dates, managing resources effectively. Should be able to communicate status effectively, managing risks, and juggling multiple activities at once to accomplish goals.
  • Experience partnering with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
  • Experience working with JIRA, SmartSheets, Confluence, or other similar PM tools.
