Senior Product Manager

At Exiger we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Exiger’s efforts to research, build, and support our leading ecosystem of risk-related data sources. The Seniosr Product Manager will work across the organization, with customers, and vendors to deliver on Exiger’s leadership in the risk management space.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with multiple stakeholders to define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap and features
• Triage reported software problems and enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in and drive discussion on a range of technology issues including user interface and experience, technology architecture, and design
• Communicate project status to executives and stakeholders
• Perform acceptance testing prior to releasing features
• Support potential sales opportunities through proof of concept projects
• Coordination of potential technical partnership opportunities

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience with different Agile software development methodologies
• Strong organizational skills, including an ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Ability to effectively handle multiple activities and projects
• Proven ability to work well, both individually and within a team environment
• Client management skills - including responsiveness and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Strong executive written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Professional Experience Required

• A bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years working as part of a product team for a SaaS product
• Proven project management and superior communication skills
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Proficient written and verbal English language skills.
• Experience with Jira a plus.
