This role sets the standard for technical depth, product discipline, and engineering partnership across InfoSec, enabling security to operate at Equinix scale while remaining as automated, reliable, and seamless as possible.

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
Define and maintain the security product portfolio, product taxonomy, and long‑term roadmap aligned to enterprise risk, regulatory needs, and business priorities
Define success metrics for security products, including adoption, reliability, developer experience, control coverage, and risk‑reduction outcomes
Balance regulatory, operational, and engineering trade-offs, making explicit prioritization decisions and clearly articulating rationale to executives and stakeholders
Product Development & Delivery Execution
Partner deeply with Security Engineering to deliver security‑as‑code, guardrails, and shared platforms integrated into CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure workflows
Drive product improvements through direct engagement with developers, SREs, infrastructure teams, and platform owners to understand pain points and adoption barriers
Cross‑Functional Alignment & Scaling
Lead cross‑functional planning with Engineering, Product, and Project Management to ensure security capabilities scale consistently across regions and offerings
Represent InfoSec Product Management in executive forums, clearly communicating roadmap progress, technical risks, and investment needs

Outcome‑oriented with a focus on developer experience, security posture, and resilience
Qualifications
12+ years in product management, security engineering, or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading product teams
Experience building internal platforms or developer‑facing products in security, cloud, or infrastructure
