At Zscaler Shared Platform Services Engineering, you will be responsible for planning investments/resources and delivery of strategic products/features. You will work to improve engineering planning processes, proactive execution and streamline delivery inline with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate in this position is team-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced growing company and thrives on getting things done in alignment with objectives. Your key strengths are engineering resource/development planning, the ability to align teams to deliver new capabilities and products, ensure proactive execution, excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Prior experience towards engineering planning/execution and technical project management in software development is essential. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Finance, Recruitment, etc) to launch new features and products in addition is preferred.

Qualifications

10+ years of driving software development planning and execution, working with Product Management, Engineering, and DevOps

5-8 years experience in launching new features and products with cross-functional teams 

JIRA expertise and ability to maintain program materials on Confluence

Proven ability to plan investments/resources, its mapping to development projects and proactive execution/adjustments of plans in partnership with engineering leaders.

Proven ability to complete the full software development cycle for product enhancements and resolve cross-functional issues

Ability to keep planning materials up-to-date and in a well-organized, centrally accessible location for stakeholders

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$150,000—$185,000 USD
