Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Rotating On-Call After Hours

Department: Production – Mitigation

SERVPRO Team Doyle is looking for a dependable, motivated Water Mitigation Crew Chief to join both our Scranton & Allentown Teams. This position is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of water mitigation or restoration experience who’s ready to take the next step toward becoming a Production Manager in the future.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small crew in water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish.
  
  
• Set up, monitor, and document drying systems and dehumidification equipment.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and supervisors to ensure excellent service and job quality.
  
  
• Complete required paperwork and documentation using SERVPRO systems and apps.
  
  
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
  
  
• Assist the Production Manager and learn key responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or related field (construction, cleaning, property repair, etc.).
  
  
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the SERVPRO organization.
  
  
• Team player who takes pride in their work and provides great customer service.
  
  
• Ability to work flexible hours during on-call weeks.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  
  
• IICRC WRT certification a plus (but not required).
