Salary: 170,000 - 200,000$USD plus performance based bonus

 

We are a global technology consulting firm that partners with leading financial institutions to deliver innovative digital solutions. Our teams specialize in delivering complex, high-impact technology projects across banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintech sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of technology consulting projects for our Asset Management clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of both technology and the financial services domain.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex tech consulting engagements for financial services clients.
• Run the AMS of the client with clear KPIs related to performance and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and QA specialists.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant delivery methodologies.
• Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate status to senior leadership and client sponsors.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and client engagement models.
• Coordinate with account managers to support client growth and satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and commercial aspects of delivery.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong experience working with Asset Management clients (e.g., private equity, hedge fund,).
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects, such as cloud transformation, core banking modernization, data analytics, or regulatory compliance systems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in managing distributed (nearshore and offshore) teams and hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA, ITIL and PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
• AI enthusiast.

 

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in software engineering or business analysis.
