Position Overview

Join Our Team as a Software Test Automation Engineer! We're seeking a skilled individual to join our software development team to create automated end-to-end UI tests for our software applications that control our powerful OMAX water jet machines. If you have experience in Python and Git we encourage you to apply and help shape the future expanding our test automation platform in conjunction with our cutting-edge machining technologies!

Responsibilities

• Write / Maintain End-to-End UI Tests in Python using TestComplete for a Desktop Application.
• Manage Test Cases / Test Plans in Jira.
• Participate in Code Reviews for Automated Test Cases.
• Participate in planning and development of future Test Automation.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Junior or Senior in an accredited university
• Courses or major closely related to computer science or engineering
• Python, Git
• Basic understanding of Software Design Principles and Patterns

Preferred experience that differentiates you:

• GitHub Actions
• Automated UI Testing (Appium, TestComplete, etc)
• Unit Testing
• C# .NET
• Jira / Azure DevOps / Equivalent
• Test Case / Test Plan creation
