What You Will Do
- Lead Quality functions for Advanced Radar Systems at the Forest, MS facility by driving root cause analysis, CORE initiatives, and managing quality metrics.
- Serve as a knowledge leader among peers, fostering continuous improvement and implementing processes to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 5 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with working with DCMA, USN, and USG.
- Experience with AS 9100 quality management systems or equivalent
- Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
- Experience with microelectronic fab, manufacturing and assembly
- Experience with metrology, measurement tools and practices
- Experience in identifying and reporting on key quality metrics leveraging the full suite of Microsoft Office
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
