The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services.

The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center Thomas & Arlene Grande Campus provides comprehensive Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) services to individuals ages six through adulthood. This outpatient site serves a diverse population across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health and co-occurring needs.Where You Fit In:
The Clinician performs a variety of individual, family and group therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based practices (“EBP”) specific to Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (“CCBHC”) certification. This position manages a caseload of clients by identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative and case management needs, engaging other team members in meeting these needs as indicated.

Am I Qualified?
- Master's degree in Human Services field
- Candidates with a Master's of Social Work must have at least a temporary Licensed Social Work (LSW) and be working towards Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
- Candidates must have submitted a plan to obtain licensure at the soonest date possible within a maximum allowed of three years
- Valid Indiana driver's license that meets Eskenazi Health's driving policy requirements

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Embraces, understands, and operates under the Recovery Model, including AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) and the spirit of motivational interviewing (MI), and follows the levels of accountability
- Completes biopsychosocial evaluation (BPSE), integrating information gathered by the team and developing the integrated diagnostic summary; based upon the BPSE and in consultation with the treatment team, prepares Clinical Treatment plans, dates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines, and consults with client, family, and treatment team throughout the process
- Manages a caseload of clients identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative and case management needs; engages other team members in meeting these needs as indicated
- Performs a variety of individual, family and group therapeutic interventions (as demonstrated competency allows) utilizing evidence-based practices
- Provides quality case management services as indicated by client need
- Monitors client progress and reflects this in the clinical documentation
- Evaluates and updates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines, consulting with client family and team in this process
