General Manager – WTUSA

MarineMax, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL seeks a General Manager – WTUSA to define and communicate Williams Tenders USA’s (WTUSA) mission, vision, and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with MarineMax Inc.'s overarching objectives. Allocate resources for key initiatives and investment opportunities to drive growth and enhance company and parent company value. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and new business opportunities in the luxury jet tenders market, providing insights to MarineMax Inc. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to MarineMax Inc., ensuring transparent communication of WTUSA's financial performance and strategic initiatives. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customer base, and strategic partners. Strategize and oversee WTUSA's expansion into new local and international markets, particularly in the Caribbean, driving global growth and supporting MarineMax Inc.'s international strategy. Lead efforts to enhance WTUSA's brand identity and market positioning through targeted branding and marketing strategies, supporting and amplifying MarineMax Inc.'s brand portfolio. Develop and execute crisis management plans to address potential risks and emergencies, safeguarding the interests of both WTUSA and MarineMax Inc. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients. Ensure WTUSA adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including industry-specific standards and labor laws. Will supervise 12 employees. Must have 4 years of experience in job offered or any role with the core job duties of managing a company in the yachting industry. Approximately 15% of employee work-time will be spent traveling nationally and internationally to attend industry events and visit clients and business partners. Background check required.
