What You'll Do

We are looking for a Senior Consultant who will enroll projects extremely varied that includes strategy design, business planning, operational support, transformation programs and M&A.

 

As a Sustainability Strategy Consultant, you will join our Sustainability and Climate team part of Monitor Deloitte. In this role, you will use your expertise to develop insights and recommendations as part of the execution of a client project. You will also contribute to building our Practice and sharing lessons learned with other industries, practices and teams.

 

You will work directly with clients across industries as a knowledge and capability builder on the topic of sustainability. You will be recognized as an expert in the topic. You will help expand the firm’s expertise and contribute to knowledge development initiatives that advance the firm’s capabilities. And you will actively apprentice and support client development (e.g., supporting proposals and contributing to white papers).

Qualifications

• Excellent academic record and master's degree or equivalent, ideally in engineering, Business or environmental science
• 3+ years of professional experience in business management, consulting, or related field
• Interest and knowledge in sustainability and its application to different industrial sectors
• Depth of expertise in circular economy, decarbonization, climate change mitigation and adaptation, nature positive, or water management
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and actionable recommendations from data and analysis
• Highly effective communicator
• Ambition to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English
