What you'll do...

     Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitoring and understanding backend APIs and when to alert
  • Utilizing Sprinklr to gain valuable social media insights
  • Drafting and disseminating internal communications regarding defects and updates to stakeholders
  • Utilizing available technical tools for identifying root causes of defects in upstream
  • Explore new and emerging tools and use cases for accelerating defect analysis and response
  • Using JIRA for defect tracking, monitoring, and providing resolution assistance
  • Regular updates and maintenance of various dashboards
  • Handling Executive Escalations and similar issues
  • Assisting in the creation of project plans
  • Responsible to respond within SLA to all defect related concerns monitored by Mission Control and providing input into relevant operational/agent response to issues detected
  • Assisting in the implementation of necessary changes in TechPod in regard to defects and their communication to gig drivers on the Spark Driver Platform
  • Conducting research into gig driver complaints and performing triage
  • Implementing industry best practices to facilitate business scalability and growth within Mission Control
  • Staying abreast with latest data trends and tools
  • Providing support to cross-functional partners concerning defects and fixes on the Spark Driver Platform
  • Proactively suggesting optimization of existing tools and resources currently available to Walmart/Spark Driver Platform
  • Drafting daily and weekly operational updates up to the executive level

      Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related field

      Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency in tech applications such as Splunk and OpenObserve
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
  • Being able to think critically
  • Proven analytic skills including mining, reading, modifying, evaluating, visualizing, and reporting; Aptitude for learning new skills; Experience with social media insights and customer feedback models; Working knowledge of iOS and Android devices; Ability to meet challenging deadlines in a very fast-paced environment; Background and/or education in Data Science, Computer Science, or similar

         Specific Certifications or Technical Expertise

  • Technical proficiency with backend software/queries is preferred
  • Training can be provided
