In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end development of data systems that power GlassDollar’s core platform, contributing to both technical excellence and business success.</span> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li><strong>Architect Data Solutions:</strong> Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and backend interfaces that power our platform.</li><li><strong>Optimize Search &amp; AI:</strong> Build systems around ElasticSearch, vector embeddings, and LLMs, enabling efficient data retrieval and innovative recommendations.</li><li><strong>Maintain Data Quality: </strong>Organize, restructure, and verify startup databases, ensuring accuracy and reliability at scale.</li><li><strong>End-to-End Execution:</strong> Operate autonomously to deliver features that directly impact users and drive business growth.</li><li><strong>Collaborate Across Teams:</strong> Work closely with product managers, UI/UX teams, and other stakeholders to align efforts with strategic goals.</li><li><strong>Push the Product Forward:</strong> Focus on creating solutions that add value, demonstrating a deep understanding of the product’s vision and purpose.</li></ul> <h3>Your profile</h3> <ul><li><strong>Experience</strong>: 4+ years in software engineering or data-focused roles, with a proven track record in managing large-scale systems.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Relational Databases, ElasticSearch, LLMs, and Recommendation Systems.</li><li><strong>Ecosystem Knowledge</strong>: Experience with startup ecosystems and handling related data sets.</li><li><strong>Problem-Solving Mindset:</strong> A strategic thinker who can break down complex problems and deliver efficient, actionable solutions.</li><li><strong>Autonomy &amp; Impact:</strong> Ability to work independently, taking ownership of major projects and driving them to completion.</li></ul>
