  The Baccarat Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our prestigious team.

  This position provides comprehensive administrative support to our Food and Beverage department, including culinary administration tasks. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and communication within the team, contributing to the success of our food and beverage offerings.

  This position pays up to $35 p /h.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

  • Manage the department's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing departmental records and files.

  • Support culinary team by tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Assist in updating menus, recipes, and related documentation in collaboration with the culinary team.

  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations by organizing necessary documentation and certifications.

  • Coordinate with unionized team members and maintain accurate records for compliance with union agreements.

  • Process payroll, timesheets, and attendance records for Food and Beverage team members.

  • Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and expense tracking for the department.

  • Serve as a liaison between Food and Beverage management, culinary teams, and other departments.

  • Handle internal and external communication with professionalism and clarity.

  • Respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently.

  Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a Food and Beverage or hospitality setting.

  • Familiarity with culinary operations and terminology is highly desirable.

  • Union experience is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and inventory management software.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
