We are seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Oracle financial systems to support and enhance our financial operations. This role involves analyzing business processes, configuring Oracle modules, providing functional support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial systems.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system configurations and solutions, particularly in the areas of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and other financial modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle financial modules, including AP, AR, and Fixed Assets, to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Provide functional support for Oracle financial systems, with a focus on AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules, including troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and optimizing system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Oracle systems, including AP, AR, and Fixed Assets modules, with business processes and objectives.
• Assist in designing reports and financial dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making for the business.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial processes and principles.
• Experience with ERP system migrations, preferably involving Oracle Cloud ERP or similar cloud-based financial systems.
• Familiarity with audit processes and interactions, including experience in providing support during audits and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle financial modules, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and other relevant modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, with experience working with cross-functional teams to align financial systems with business objectives.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to pass a background check.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Knowledge of government accounting principles, regulations, and processes.
• Experience working in the public sector, particularly in local government finance.
• Certification in Oracle Financials or relevant ERP systems is a plus.

Pay Range: $80,000-$115,000/year

The FITS pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
