Role and responsibilities

As the Technical Services Manager–DDS (Drawings, Documents & Spare Parts Management) you are responsible for the performance of shared services suppliers, such as the drawing office.

Next to that, you also monitor the work processes related to asset data, document and drawing management, OT-software mgt (ICS level 0 and 1), and spare parts management, and specifically the performance of our suppliers when running these processes

The role of Technical Service Manager-DDS requires insight in (overall) asset system relations combined with contract awareness and customer/stakeholder focus. Solutioning creativity is a must as well as stress resilience. Strong communication skills and information availability are key success factors.

Peers in your team are the Technical Facility Managers, Operations Improvement Manager, Facility Shutdown Manager and Maintenance Project Portfolio Manager.

You will report to the Operations/Tactical Asset Management Manager.

Your tasks

  • In collaboration with business partner and F&M internal stakeholders, translate service demand into annual plans, including activities forecasts, KPI's, changes, improvements, etc. for asset data, document and drawing management, OT-software mgt (ICS level 0 and 1), and spare parts management.

  • Coordinate and direct providers of shared services, e.g. drawing office, and drive operational collaboration with other suppliers, projects and ASML.

  • Manage operational work processes related to the intake and disposal, maintenance, sharing and change, verification and validation of relevant data, documents, drawings, software and spare parts.

  • Ensure availability and readiness of relevant service providers.

  • Monitor compliance of operations with agreed work processes and supplier contracts and drive for corrective actions when needed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance and drive implementation of these improvements and optimizations.

  • Contract & Supplier evaluation regarding asset data, document and drawing management, OT-software mgt (ICS level 0 and 1), and spare parts management.

  • Coordinating escalation and de-escalation process.

Education and experience

  • Completed bachelor or master degree in engineering, asset management, data management or otherwise relevant.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar complex (industrial) environment.
