What you get to do in this role: 

  • Develop the overall prioritization, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria for large, complex programs or projects 

  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate risks to meet program objectives. 

  • Generate new data needs and requirements to provide actionable insights to senior leadership 

  • Host executive-level meetings and large cross-functional events 

  • Simplify complex issues into a crisp, actionable exec-level status 

  • Provide a proactive, strategic perspective on improvements to the business, SDLC or infrastructure processes 

  • Analyze trends and data and create reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior leadership 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities required to deliver a high-quality product on time 

  • Host regular release meetings & executive read-outs; deliver crisp status updates to all stakeholders and senior leadership 

  • You will partner with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to plan and prioritize work 

  • You will be working with Stakeholders to understand requirements and negotiate solutions to issues 

  • You will drive process improvements toward the consistent successful delivery of working product 

  • You will be engaging the teams on multiple levels of planning and execution from release, to milestone, to sometimes even sprint-level 

  • You will identify and manage cross-team collaboration and dependencies 

  • You will be removing impediments to delivery of the initiatives 

  • You will support the teams internal and external visibility to progress, status, timelines, risks and achievements 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have: 

  • Minimum of 12+ years of related experience 

  • PMP and Agile certifications 

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and similar applications 

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with development teams, product management, stakeholders, and cross-functional development groups 

  • Proven ability to lead through influence 

  • Ability to work effectively in both strategic and tactical spaces
