At Langland, our account team creates the conditions in which great work is born. As an Account Supervisor in our Clinical Trial Experience discipline, your primary role is managing activities and deliverables for a portfolio of assigned accounts, delivering patient-first communications and collateral at a global scale. As the main agency contact and trusted partner to your client, you will focus on the accurate and timely delivery of creative and executional work, including translations, ensuring commercial success for both client and agency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Account Management experience (dual Project Management experience is a plus
• 2+ years healthcare marketing experience – HCP or DTC
• Experience in developing creative and tactical campaigns
• Exceptional client management and internal relationship skill
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital media
• Experience in managing budgets

Compensation Range: $70,000-$117,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
