Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field or 5 years of experience in Security Services or related field including 2 years of leadership experience.
Required Credentials
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Current CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) Certification (Annual Requirement) Current Safety Cares Certification if required at location (Annual Requirement) Current Completion of NCI Autism Training Current Completion of Seattle Children’s Safe Firearms Training Completion of Car Seat Safety Training Certificate of Completion for ICS-100, FEMA Emergency Management Institute- Introduction to the Incident Command System Certificate of Completion for IS-37.23 Managerial Safety and Health, FEMA Emergency Management Institute Score of 80% or above on Seattle Children’s Security Supervisor Competency Exam.
Preferred
5 years of service as a Security Officer at Seattle Children’s Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to Risk Management Completion of Wheelchair vehicle Training
Compensation Range
$71,578.00 - $107,366.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
