Part-qualified Accountant

Role Summary:

The role has two broad elements, namely:

• Providing outsourced financial accounting services to clients 
• Working with other members of the Team on various financial matters 

 

Requirements:

• Part Qualified accountant with at least three years relevant experience. Assistance will be provided in the pursuit of professional exams, if required.
• Strong numeric, reconciliation and analytical skills 
• Proven record of ability to meet deadlines
• Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting and Payroll software 
• Flexible with the ability to change focus of work
• Ability to work on own initiative and to manage workload
• Ability to communicate with clients from a non-finance background
• Own transport desirable

Responsibilities:

• Providing outsourced financial accounting services to clients (in the client’s offices) 
• Responsible for client’s Finance Office
• Maintaining accounting records
• Preparing regular management accounts
• Preparing accounts for audit
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• Treasury and cashflow management 
• Working with other members of the Team on various financial matters: 
• Preparing client management accounts, budgets, accounts for audit, etc
• Assisting with other client financial related work
