Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - HOKA

Reports to:  Sr. Director HOKA Financial Operations

Location:  Hybrid or Remote

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading and managing brand budgetary and financial plan processes including financial close for the HOKA Brand; facilitates budget forecasts and provides analytical support and visibility on key financial and operating metrics; ensures that internal controls are in place and business activity is recorded in accordance with Deckers central finance and accounting team.  The role is responsible and focused for driving global marketing efficiencies, focusing on investment, providing insight for optimal performance.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Lead monthly and quarterly forecast process and consolidation for Global and US businesses with KPIs for establishing guidelines, providing variance analysis versus forecast, communicating enterprise needs, business unit and brand performance. Ensure changes are accurately reflected and communicate changes to brands business partners.
  • 2. Work with department leaders to manage operating budgets to forecast and provide detailed monthly reporting and financial support to these partners.  This will include preparing and submitting periodic performance schedules to Brand Management and Corporate for reporting and consolidation
  • 3. Work with Sr. Finance Director in preparing the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan with a focus on partnering with the business directors and partners.  Including creation financial reports and presentations materials for leadership and board meetings.
  • 4. Use various data tools to prepare ad-hoc reporting that supports key decisions for growth opportunities, market segmentation, inventory, sales, and margin analysis.  Develop, manage, and maintain reporting metrics, models, reports, and dashboards used to analyze and support strategic initiatives.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university
  • At least five years of work experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or business administration
  • Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry a plus
