Product Manager

As a Product Manager you will own the end-to-end development of a single product area - Admin Shell. You translate domain-level strategy into a 1-2-quarter roadmap for your squad, run structured discovery, and guide engineers and designers through delivery - all while measuring impact and iterating fast

Responsibilities:

• Discovery & Strategy
• Frame user/customer problems through data, research, and stakeholder input
• Shape a clear product vision and OKRs for the next 6 – 9 months

Roadmap & Backlog
• Build and maintain a transparent, priority-ranked backlog
• Re-prioritize based on evidence from experiments, user feedback, and business shifts

Business logic
• Define and communicate the business logic and success criteria for each feature, ensuring it is implemented exactly as intended

Execution & Delivery
• Decompose work into milestones, plan sprints, and track progress
• Remove blockers and keep the team focused on outcome over output

Data & Experimentation
• Define success metrics, analyse results with SQL/BI tools
• Turn insights into iterative product improvements

Stakeholder Communication
• Present discovery findings, roadmap trade-offs, and release results to Leads & Execs
• Align Design, Engineering, Operations, and Support around launches

Risk & Dependency Management
• Surface risks early, manage cross-team dependencies inside the domain

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on product management in B2B or B2B2C products
• Proven track record of taking features from problem statement to live launch and post-launch optimization
• Experience in crypto / blockchain products or integrations (payments, wallets or similar)
• Comfortable with analytics dashboards and experiment design
• Solid understanding of agile / iterative delivery (Scrum or Kanban)
• Strong written & verbal communication; English level B2-C1
• Ability to plan 1–2 quarters ahead and manage scope, resources, and trade-offs

Nice to have:

• Background in growth, monetization, or payment systems
• Experience with customer-journey mapping and usability testing tools
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and product portfolio planning
