HR Partner Sr. Analyst

Responsibilities will include:
- Support employees in the scheduling process and tools
- Understand skills of resource pool and share key data and trends with stakeholders
- Partner with Business Leads, and HR BPs to manage supply/demand for assigned resource pool, including upcoming roll-offs and filling demand in a timely fashion
- Monitor resource pool bench and works with Business Leader to address over/under supply, including working with Recruiting
- Support a group of our people within Portfolio in finding answers for HR questions
- Support the performance & rewards process within a for our people
- Assist with resolving issues, collaborating with HR BP and/or ER as needed
- Work with Business leads on employee development and retention initiatives
- Recognize and raise attrition trends, support retention initiatives
- Support the AFS I&D strategy implementation within the Capability
Here’s What You Need:
- 1 year of experience in General HR and/or Staffing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Bonus Points:
- Experience in delivering HR services and support to employees at various levels
- Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and form strong relationships with employees and business leaders
- Capability to understand and balance the impact of scheduling decisions on business outcomes (overdue demand, productivity, labor cost, employee engagement, etc.) and to know when to escalate
- Capability to understand and appreciate a project's perspective on unfilled demand, and be able to communicate status, challenges, action/support needed from the project, etc. in order to fill demand
- Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with project teams collaboratively to address issues
- Ability to communicate and handle sensitive issues including compensation changes, exits, I&D concerns, etc
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

California: $55,000-$93,400
Colorado: $55,000-$80,600
New York City:$63,700-$93,400
Washington:$58,500-$85,90
