Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all Chainstack’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the workload of an engineering team of 8 across key focus areas:
Platform for customers
Nodes & Infrastructure
Data Indexing
- Quarterly Planning & Execution: Set and manage the team's quarterly goals, workload, and key performance indicators to achieve company objectives.
- People Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews to foster growth and engagement.
- Incident Management: Drive incident resolution, post-mortems, and root cause analysis, ensuring consistent reliability.
- Documentation Oversight: Maintain and improve technical documentation across all components to ensure clarity and ease of knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, driving a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
- Python/Golang proficiency<
