We are looking for an Associate Director, Content Management as a member of the Content Management team. This role will be responsible for contributing to the enterprise Content Management Strategy with a focus on third party media. In addition, this role will develop and manage relationships across the following groups: external media vendors (e.g., CMI, Epocrates) from an Omnichannel perspective and in partnership with brand teams, Analytics, Orchestration and Procurement to ensure we are maximizing the investment in externally developed content.
The candidate will lead the evolution of external content management from the current distributed model into a centralized model to achieve execution efficiencies by coordinating vendor strategy, consolidating contracts and optimizing vendor performance. This role will be vital to helping build the Omnichannel foundations to deliver personalized customer journeys across channels. You will report to the Director, Omnichannel Content Management.
This position is based in Princeton, New Jersey. Otsuka maintains a hybrid work policy and travel is expected based on business needs.
Job Description:
Build and manage relationships with first and third-party Omnichannel business partners (e.g., CMI, Epocrates) so that customer engagement efforts are coordinated and aligned with business objectives and media partner offerings and capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Brand teams, Omnichannel business partners, Orchestrations and measurement & reporting teams on the execution of Omnichannel media strategy to ensure appropriate vendor mix and set performance goals.
Develop and implement standardized and efficient vendor management processes, including creating workflows for vendor onboarding/offboarding, developing performance metrics, and establishing guidelines for vendor communication.
Work with Procurement on negotiations and contracting with vendors to ensure the best possible terms, defining standard contracts to ensure consistency and clarity across vendor relationships.
Consolidate contracts and identify synergies across brands/TAs to streamline processes, reduce costs, and provide consistent service delivery.
Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback by conducting regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with vendors to develop action plans
Ensure all partner contracts and relationships comply with appropriate legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security, Omnichannel marketing standards and regulations, etc.
Inform the development of overarching content guidelines, socializing and enforcing the same across the Enterprise and key content owners / sources.

Remain up-to-date on industry trends and develop strategic industry partnerships related to content development to strengthen Otsuka omnichannel methods and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience digital content development / producing / digital marketing roles and/or media management.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Media Advertising, Journalism, Copywriting, or related field
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
A keen understanding of the end-to-end content lifecycle across content strategy, ideation, production, distribution, and measurement
Self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing high-performing teams a plus.
Proven non-personal media content/editorial experience in an advertising or marketing environment.
