Position Summary
The Account Executive, Group Sales will sell and service new and existing hockey ticket sales accounts, generate new leads, create new ideas to increase ticket sales, and help execute group sales campaigns for hockey games.
- Generate revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, face to face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking
- Actively prospect and research new sales leads
- Provide analytical and well documented reports for all clients and prospects through CRM software
- Prepare and conduct in-person meetings in and out of the office
This role will pays an hourly wage of $25.00-$26.50 and is commission eligible

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximizing revenue through the sale of Acrisure Arena Pack ticket packages including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and individual game tickets
- Use cold calling, appointments and social selling as tools to sell season, group & partial plan ticket packages
- Call past customers and new customers to generate group ticket revenue
- Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket packages
- Participate in outside networking events to gain additional business & develop relationships with new leads
- Establish professional relationships in order to create repeat business and superior customer service
- Meet or exceed appointed sales goals for all ticket packages
- Maintain complete and accurate records for customers
- Track and manage weekly sales leads and activities, and overall sales through the use of CRM-Salesforce
- Staff all home games to assist ticket sales promotional programs
- Handle special projects related to the department as assigned
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or better from an accredited college/university in a related field required
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner
- Superior time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including event nights and weekends as required, in addition to traditional business hours
- Must be highly motivated and positive, with the ability to handle multiple assignments under pressure
- Must be professionally aggressive, competitive, and possess a deducted attitude
- Must possess attention to detail, highly organized and ability to listen
- Familiarity with Paciolan and Salesforce.com (CRM) preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethic
- Competitive, self-motivated and creative-thinking skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
