What You’ll Do (Telehealth BCBA Responsibilities)
- Conduct virtual FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct telehealth ABA services
- Supervise and mentor RBTs remotely
- Collaborate with families and care teams through virtual platforms
- Maintain ethical, evidence-based clinical care
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- BCBA certification — Required
- LBA (or eligibility prior to start) — Required
- 2+ years’ experience as a BCBA preferred
- Telehealth experience or comfort with virtual delivery
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
