Responsibilities:
- Maximize value delivery while maintaining functional and technical quality.
- Foster a comfortable and motivating work environment through servant leadership.
- Align team objectives, strategy, and roadmap with customer and stakeholder needs.
- Manage risks and address blockers within the team.
- Implement and maintain visualization, backlog, and portfolio traceability.
- Monitor strategy execution and manage deviations from the plan.
- Promote team health and continuous improvement.
- Develop individual team members' careers.
- Establish and utilize performance and satisfaction metrics.
- Define and monitor development lifecycle metrics, resolving inefficiencies.
- Ensure cultural alignment between collaborating companies.
- Measure and optimize team work capacity.
- Assist technical leaders in implementing good engineering practices.
- Establish effective communication channels internally and externally.
- Foster collaboration with enabler teams to prevent initiative blockers.
Day-to-Day activities:
- Maintain open communication with the team through group sessions and one-on-one meetings to understand their current situation, motivation levels, and challenges, fostering a trusting environment.
- Review metrics with the team to identify areas for improvement and define action plans.
- Assist in resolving team impediments, escalating to the Product Owner or Vertical Leader when necessary.
- Facilitate Scrum events and ensure team members understand their purpose and value.
- Efficiently organize and facilitate Scrum events, assisting in achieving their objectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner on various issues such as backlog health, team objectives, roadmap planning, epic definition, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain communication with Scrum Masters from other teams within the same vertical and with the Lead Scrum Master on dependency management.
- Ensure proper data loading, workflows, sprint planning, statuses, and JIRA reports.
- Ensure compliance with Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) criteria.
- Conduct workshops with the team to promote and implement best practices.
- Promote synergy and best practices within the area.

Must-have Skills
- Background in product development and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of various agile approaches such as XP, Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, etc.
- Familiarity with build/deployment pipelines and related tools, including experience with CI/CD.
- Extensive experience collaborating with Agile teams, including working with SCRUM and Kanban in product-focused environments.
- Understanding of modern software development practices and techniques, including TDD, BDD, DDD, and API First.
- Experience in delivering programs, projects, or products.
