Intern, Transfer Pricing

POSITION SUMMARY:

The intern will be responsible for assisting on various international tax/transfer pricing projects, primarily focused on compliance with new international documentation requirements.       

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assisting in the alignment of US GAAP reporting units with legal entities for tax/ transfer pricing documentation purposes
• Assisting in the review of qualitative information supplied by local agencies
• Assisting in the following up with local agencies to obtain missing qualitative information or clarity discrepancies
• Assisting in the compilation of reports incorporating local qualitative information and related files using documentation management software
• Assisting in the organization and cataloging of intercompany contracts

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Sophomores or Juniors majoring in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Accounting and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Good organizational skills
• Interested in Accounting or Finance career
• Long Term Internship based at our NYC office - Must be available for part-time internship during the school year and full-time internship in the summer and winter breaks. 

SALARY RANGE or NYC SALARY RANGE:

The salary range for this position is $16 to $18. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
