Description

The specific focus of this role of the Program Educator will be meeting with targeted referring physicians and their practice staffs with the goal of growing the assigned area volume and market share. Identifying and targeting physician customers, building and creating new relationships while maintaining diplomatic relations with offices in the designated demographical surroundings.

The representative will partner with the Center Director, on an as needed basis; attend identified community events and educational dinners, plan and present business development luncheons to potential new customers. The Program Marketer will identify, initiate and maintain contact with targeted referral sources. Develop target physicians in assigned territory for the purpose of presenting services and fostering business relationships, manage prospect list and territory database for highest impact and to meet assigned goals and make face-to-face contacts and presentations to all current referring physicians and potential prospects introducing referral services, new and current service offerings.

The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the healthcare providers in the region and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, including verbal, written and public speaking and the ability to develop and sustain professional relationships. Must demonstrate initiative, poise, confidence and willingness to accept challenges.
