Engineer Project Manager

Requirements

-Must be eligible to work in US

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in whole building design and construction, using generally accepted engineering techniques in the construction, operation, maintenance, and repair of facility infrastructure and utility systems.

- Ability to understand design intents and construction methodology and manage multiple projects and document their progress.

- Able to negotiate effectively with management to understand, accept and implement recommendations where proposals involve substantial resources and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures.

- Ability to provide professional cost estimating calculations and professional costs estimating documents that can be provided for contracts and project development.

- Ability to read and understand engineered plans and specifications, approve material submittals, and keep supervisor updated on progress of projects.

- Knowledge of federal, state, and/or local regulations and statues, Air Force and DoD regulations.
