Job Description

Software Engineering experience with BS in Engineering or related field, or 2+ years equivalent experience within a medium-to-large IT organization.

Experience administering and/or configuring a Content Management System (CMS) application (we use Drupal and Adobe AEM).

Experience with a programming or scripting language (Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL).

Experience with various full cycle software development methodologies, tools and practices (we use Agile and JIRA).

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Basic understanding of SAML-enabled federated login concepts.

Familiarity with Cloud platforms (we use Adobe, AWS, GCP, Microsoft365).

Familiarity with operation and configuration of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) (we use Cloudflare and AWS Cloudfront).

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (we use Dynatrace and New Relic).

Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise.
