Your tasks and responsibilities:
Develop and implement audit programs by designing, enhancing, and executing methodologies to effectively identify and address risks in financial and business areas.
Drive digitalization and efficiency through the use of data analytics, automated audit procedures, and digital tools.
Collaborate with departments and communicate with stakeholders, especially Controlling, Accounting, and Compliance, and present results in a target group-oriented manner to management and other stakeholders.
Reporting and follow-up on actions by preparing meaningful audit reports and supporting the implementation of measures to mitigate risks.
Analyze audit methods and ensure quality by evaluating existing approaches, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing measures to enhance audit quality.
Your qualifications and experience:
Demonstrates a strong digital mindset with a proactive approach to integrating technologies such as generative AI to enhance audit processes and drive efficiency.
Skilled in using digital tools and data analytics, with hands-on experience applying statistical methods to analyze large datasets.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+years of professional experience in internal audit, controlling, accounting, or financial analysis, ideally within an international corporate environment, or has substantial experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
Possesses solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and internal control systems—considered a strong asset.
Project management skills are a plus, especially for executing complex tasks in a structured and goal-oriented manner.

You are characterized by a strong willingness to learn and curiosity - you continuously expand your knowledge and bring fresh ideas to the team and the organization.
Clear and audience-appropriate communication, especially with management, is one of your strengths. You are able to present complex financial matters in a clear and understandable way.
You are fluent in English. Fluency in German and/or another language is desirable.
You are willing to travel internationally (up to 30%) to fulfill your audit responsibilities worldwide.
