Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• Manage the residential boiler requirement libraries among all Bosch Home Comfort international sites; 
• Ensure the alignment and re-use of boiler requirements in different portfolios and projects; 
• Support the Modular Product Architecture strategy by harmonizing the requirements towards our boiler portfolio; 
• Be an expert in the requirements engineering process and align the process between the process owner and Business Units;
• Consulting other library owners within the Bosch Home Comfort group.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

• Education: university degree in the field of Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or similar; 
• Experience and Knowledge:
  • Experience in boiler development or HVAC systems projects; 
  • Profound knowledge in tools in requirements engineering (e.g. Jira);  
• Personality: high level of initiative, proactive communication and cooperation skills with a highly result-oriented and structured mindset;
• Working Practice: ability to moderate and motivate cross-functional teams to break down our requirements into an architecture as well as the ability to structure complex databases; 
• Enthusiasm: willingness to travel abroad 
• Languages: fluent in English
