Description
Responsible for supervising clinical support staff according to NCMC’s standards and directing their day-to-day activities in the Twin Falls Clinic. The LPN Clinic Supervisor should promote harmonious relations and favorable attitudes among the healthcare team. The position will support the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the clinic and North Canyon Medical Center.
***This position will start in September 2024 as we open the new clinic in Twin Falls***
Requirements
Current LPN licensure in the state of Idaho.
Ortho Technician certification is preferred.
Casting and bracing experience including ASOP certification, preferred.
Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment.
Excellent communication skills to include oral and written comprehension and expression.
Ability to manage a chaotic work environment related to changing patient needs, including working with patients with acute, chronic, and complex disease processes and those who are dying.
Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with standards for performance improvement and organizational values (e.g., efficiency & financial responsibility, safety, partnership & service, teamwork, compassion, integrity, and trust & respect).
Self-starter who is highly motivated, flexible, and professional.
Ability to use sound judgment and cope with potentially stressful situations.
