Position Purpose:

Stericycle’s Customer Hierarchy structure is key to the Service, Billing, and Invoicing success metrics within the Commercial Process Operations Organization. This position will support Stericycle’s Commercial team by enabling the correct management of Customer Hierarchy data structure.  Ensure Customer Hierarchy Maintenance activities stay on track, following up on action plans and deliverables.

Key Job Activities:

•    Assists with  complex Customer Hierarchy projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data against multiple sources, performs in depth analysis, interprets results and develops actionable insights and recommendations for correct Customer Hierarchy structure. 
•    Acquires and organizes data from multiple data sources in order to perform basic analysis.
•    Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the Sales, Customer Experience, Financial Shared Services and Billing team to understand the Customer so they can accurately represent the Customer Hierarchy.
•    Responsible for timely and accurate facilitation of Customer Hierarchy management.
•    Collaborates multiple projects with various partners to provide a holistic view of Customer Master.
•    Enables transformation of Customer Master Data to insure the accuracy of Service, Billing and Invoicing with an emphasis on standardization
•    Act as the primary contact and Subject Matter Expert in projects requiring customer information including, but not limited to, new customer set up and maintenance (bill to, ship to, payer), order management and invoicing.
•    Works with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
•    Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or communication or the equivalent in related work experience
•    1-3 years of data analysis experience preferred, or 1-3 years’ experience with Stericycle accounts and systems.
•    Demonstrated experience in organizational development and training preferred
•    Demonstrates expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel PowerPoint.
•    Salesforce and SAP knowledge preferred
